    Daniel Auerbach is a PhD candidate at WSU in Pullman specializing in subsurface detection using drones, specifically in fishery sciences. Working on projects in Washington, Idaho, and Alaska, Daniel has utilized his expertise and knowledge around drones to develop safe and effective protocols for agency implementation.   • Advisor

    Alex Fremier currently acts as an advisor to Azimuth Environmental. Alex is a Full Professor at WSU in Pullman where his lab specializes in aquatic and riparian ecology. His lab uses a range of tools, including drones and satellite imagery, but also deploys field and lab approaches to understand the environment. Alex is passionate about learning and enjoys most when knowledge translates directly into real-world, data driven decisions. He has over 23 years experience working with spatial data, GIS and coding, and river ecosystems mostly within multi-agency collaborative environments. If he has not done a similar analysis, he enjoys spending his evenings figuring out efficient ways to get it done.
